[dns-operations] Apex ALIASES that re NOT flattened CNAMEs

Just for lols: ask any operator what the top 3 types these days are. And be surprised to find HTTPS (which is a form of SCVB and only became an RFC less than a year ago) firmly in the top 3 :)
