[dns-operations] mult-vendor DNSSEC validation vulnerabilities (KeyTrap, NSEC3)

Just in case anybody missed this on Tuesday, two CVEs were published,
affecting most of the DNSSEC validators out there. Patches also generally
became available on Tuesday.
