[dns-operations] Is NXDOMAIN wrong when a record of the same label but different type exists?

Glad it helped. OARC actually hosts the dnsviz.net site and works
closely with the developer. (Thanks for that pointer, Patrick.)
You may also wish to familiarize yourself with the OSS tools that OARC
develops and or maintains at <https://github.com/DNS-OARC>, some of
which you may already be using.
