No, but you could also try the SOA "rname", with the first label as
email address local part:

    ag.gov. IN SOA ns1.usda.gov. duty.officer at usda.gov 2005252386 90000 9000 90000 900

and if that fails, then perhaps fall back to Cameron Dixon at CISA, if
you feel the issue warrants escalation.
