I would have started with the IANA addresses, since they publish the
zone and operate the name servers where this misconfiguration exists.
IANA also happens to be one of the more technically responsive
organizations I've ever had the pleasure to deal with.  But it looks
like you got the PTI president's attention on-list anyway. :)
