DNS-OARC is pleased to announce that the preliminary agenda for #OARC41

OARC 41, a highly regarded event that will take place alongside the 
ICANN DNS Symposium 2023 <https://www.icann.org/ids>. The symposium is 
scheduled for September 5, preceded by "A Day of DNS Abuse Discussions"
