.mx issues

Is anyone seeing issues resolving .mx domains ? Not working from here and DNSViz seems to have issues with some of the authoritatives but not all of them:

    • mx zone: The server(s) were not responsive to queries over TCP. (192.100.224.1)
    • mx zone: The server(s) were not responsive to queries over UDP. (200.23.1.1, 200.94.176.1)
    • sre.gob.mx zone: The server(s) were not responsive to queries over TCP. (200.33.163.51)
    • sre.gob.mx zone: The server(s) were not responsive to queries over UDP. (200.33.160.51)
