[dns-operations] Request for proposals for implementation for study of RSSAC028; submission date extension

The linked PDF has been updated with the new schedule. We are still very interested in hearing from prospective bidders, particularly if they have questions about the scope of work. ]]

Greetings again. ICANN has issued a request for proposals seeking a contractor qualified to conduct the study called for in Section 7.2 of RSSAC028, "Technical Analysis of the Naming Scheme Used For Individual Root Servers." The announcement is here:
