[dns-operations] NXDOMAIN status, with answers?

In case of a CNAME chain, the RCODE refers to the end of the chain (i.e. 
past the last present CNAME).  All CNAMEs in the ANSWER section are 
implied to be NOERROR.  A common example is SERVFAIL, too.
