[dns-operations] RPZ list additions

Can I request a domain be added to RPZ lists for distribution?  How do I go
about doing that?

I know of a domain which presents a website that has trademark infringement
of my company.  We've sent Cease & Desist letters but the website remains.
Worse yet, it's obviously a phish site asking people to apply for jobs in
our company and to provide their SSN when doing so.  I was thinking
it would be good to list this site in the RPZ lists to reduce traffic to it
while the lawyers figure it out.
