[dns-operations] NXDOMAIN for a-dns.pl and e-dns.pl

Hi,

Krzysztof from .pl here. The lack of glue records is something we did
not anticipate while making this change. We'll be sure to analyze what
might have been the cause. Thanks for letting us know.
