It is nothing fancy, just a static IPv6-in-IPv4 tunnel between OARC's
location at Hurricane Electric in Fremont CA and the C-Root node in LA.

We currently have a major funding proposal submitted for DNSVIZ
development, if this is successful multi-homed transit capacity is included.
