[dns-operations] [Ext] Something happening in the root?

It looks like ISC had bad code (or bad configuration) for answers to
   dig @f.root-servers.net net in ns +nsid

At this moment, from any place I try, answers are coming back from pao1a.f.root-servers.org or pao1b.f.root-servers.org, according to the NSID.
