"Right now" I'm finishing the support for DNAMEs in Knot Resolver at
https://gitlab.labs.nic.cz/knot/knot-resolver/-/merge_requests/965

Perhaps Cloudflare could utilize that work, but the changes turned out
relatively complicated and I don't know how far they've forked off, so
I'm personally not keeping my hopes very high.
