Yes, sure. I was actually planning to post it there in the run up to
IETF107, but then the pandemic derailed everything, and I forgot about it,
until the topic showed up here, so ..

Rather than posting it now just before the weekend, I'll wait til Monday -
more likely that people will read and pay attention. Thanks for the nudge
