[dns-operations] ednscomp.isc.org not working

Hello,

A customer notified me that the ISC online tool for EDNS0 compatibility
(https://ednscomp.isc.org/) is not working.

This also impairs the DNS Flag Day page (https://dnsflagday.net/) while
performing the test.

Are you aware of this situation and do you know when it will be resolved?
