[dns-operations] DNS-OARC Maintenance Notice

DNS-OARC administrates many public mailing lists in the DNS operations space.  This is a reminder that during this week, through the 15th of February, OARC will be conducting maintenance on its core network and systems which will result in periodic disruptions to mail delivery for OARC-administered mailing lists.
