[dns-operations] Is anyone able to resolve names in .mil?

The sole reason that I wish DNSViz would get their historical act
together, is to be able to pull up the number of times I've seen
mail.mil have DNSSEC issues.  It seems that they had issues monthly, and
lately it seems like it's quarterly.  That said, I see no current DNSSEC
issues currently, and I can resolve SMTP names/numbers, but there are
current warnings about TTL mismatches.
