I expect the .one TLD is legit.  It is AFAIK operated by one.com,
who are the leading hosting provider in DANE adoption (and, not
coincidentally, high on the list by DNSSEC adoption).  If there are
abuse issues, I would expect they'd be responsive in addressing
them.
