[dns-operations] Public Thank You Note - DNS flag day cooperation

Hello everyone,

I would like thank you to many operators who actively cooperate on DNS
flag day 2019 and fix their servers. It is an invisible work on clearing
up DNS ecosystem and is highly appreciated by (no only) open-source DNS
vendors.

Most notably gmoserver.jp. and metaregistrar.nl. were quick and fixed
their servers so domains hosted on them will work fine after the flag
day, gmoserver.jp. reached 100 % EDNS compliance.

Also facebook.com is now 100 % EDNS compliant. It is always great to see
 dnsflagday.net showing "green All Ok" for such important web site.

Thank you to gmoserver.jp. and facebook.com. for being prime examples!
