[dns-operations] OpenDNS Issue with Mail and Other Services?

You should hear back within 24hours. ‘dig debug.opendns.com<http://debug.opendns.com> txt’ should give some information (what IP/identities you are coming from and datacenter you are hitting.) definitely seems that someone is applying policy to your the network/identity that includes filtering mail.

Support can help you track down what happened.

Am getting the above results from Southern California.  Not able to
reproduce from elsewhere on the west coast thus far (tried from
Portland, OR and San Jose).

Seems like filtering rules gone bad? Did you reach to their support ? (Support at umbrella.com<mailto:Support at umbrella.com> I believe)
