[dns-operations] Did ms.us expire?

Oddly, a number of the domains under us show up as expired at whois.us.

Eg, each of nv.us, ny.us, fl.us have:

Registry Expiry Date: 2018-04-17T23:59:59Z

and ms.us has:

Registry Expiry Date: 2018-04-17T23:59:59Z

They of course shouldn't expire, but it seems us's software requires
such a field and someone forgot about it...
