[dns-operations] .AERO: last unsigned non-IDNA gTLD

Glancing at TLD data I noticed that .AERO is the last
unsigned non-IDNA gTLD.  A Network World article in
2010 suggested that .AERO was to be among the first
TLDs to be signed:

  Next, Afilias will roll out DNSSEC for the following domains
  before the end of the year: Mongolia's .mn; Seychelles' .sc;
  Honduras' .hn; Belize's .bz ; Antigua and Barbuda's .ag;
  St. Lucia's .lc ; St. Vincent and the Grenadines' .vc ;
  Gibralter's .gi; and Montenegro's .me. Afilias also will
  support DNSSEC for .aero, a Web site name extension restricted
  to the aviation industry.

Sadly, that did not come to pass for either .AERO or .VC.

The unsigned TLDs at this time number:

* 122 ISO 2 letter ccTLDs
* 21 ccTLD IDNA TLDs,
* 4 generic IDNA TLDs, and
* .AERO

The 4 generic IDNA names being:

  xn--mxtq1m
  xn--mgbaakc7dvf
  xn--ngbrx
