[dns-operations] Problem at ES registry?

Don’t think it was necessarily related to DNSSEC, but we did observe problems with the ES registry with missing delegations on some name servers the morning of June 8th at around 3AM PDT for a few hours.  Seems like it recovered a little before 5AM PDT.
