summary of replies:

  - BIND 9 ED448 support will be fixed.
  - PowerDNS authoritative server 4.0.x and 4.1.x support both
  - PowerDNS Recursor 4.1.x supports both
  - Knot DNS signer and Knot-resolver supports ED25519
    	 (ED448 support depends on gnutls)
  - SIDN (.nl) accepts both
  - .cz accepts ED25519

Then, when OpenSSL 1.1.1 will release, people will be ready to use
ED25519 (and ED448).
