I suggest that this work should take place at the IETF, more
specifically its dnsop working group
<https://datatracker.ietf.org/wg/dnsop/>.

There is a RFC on DNS terminology
<https://www.rfc-editor.org/info/rfc7719> Its version 2 has been
recently completed and sent to the IESG
<https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-dnsop-terminology-bis/>
so it is probably to late to add a lot of stuff, but may be there will
be a version 3
<https://mailarchive.ietf.org/arch/msg/dnsop/LlH-IhxHbjr2WLshFFWnjAH6kck>?
