Because this list has "operations" in its name, I suggest that people
test the things they talk about. For DNSchain, I tested the four
public servers listed in
<https://github.com/okTurtles/dnschain/blob/master/docs/How-do-I-use-it.md#Servers>:
192.184.93.146 : SERVFAIL for every request
54.85.5.167 : timeout
2.dnscrypt-cert.okturtles.com : certificate expired
2.dnscrypt-cert.soltysiak.com : NXDOMAIN for .bit
Interesting idea but the project is obviously dead.
