[dns-operations] .ES problems with NSEC3

Hi,

Sorry for late reply, I have been out for holidays until yesterday.

I am based in Barcelona (Spain), I know some of the guys from Red.ES (NIC.ES)
but I didn't have time to reach them.

What I can say is that I have some chat messages from a Slack channel with
several top Spanish ISPs and I have read the problem was solved last
Friday. I have heard this week they are going to regenerate NSEC3 records.
