[dns-operations] Lame delegation in .CD with a NS . and non answering NS

Hello,

Just stumbled upon this:

- roots have:
cd.			172800 IN NS sangoma.saix.net.
cd.			172800 IN NS igubu.saix.net.
cd.			172800 IN NS ns-root-2.scpt-network.com.
cd.			172800 IN NS sabela.saix.net.
cd.			172800 IN NS ns-root-5.scpt-network.com.
cd.			172800 IN NS ns-root-1.scpt-network.com.

- but some NS reply differently:

dig cd NS @igubu.saix.net +short
ns-root-5.scpt-network.com.
igubu.saix.net.
sabela.saix.net.
sangoma.saix.net.
.
ns-root-2.scpt-network.com.
ns-root-1.scpt-network.com.

(note the .)


Both 3 saix.net NS serve this content.

- all three scpt-network.com NS do not even resolve for me.
(there seem to be a lame delegation there too: ns1.shivanet.net. + ns2
at root while they reply themselves that ns1.bh-61.webhostbox.net. + ns2
are authoritative on scpt-network.com)

If someone has contacts there, please forward.
