[dns-operations] .ES problems with NSEC3

Someone made me aware of the issue through the DNSViz site a couple of days ago, and I reached out to the folks at dominios.es, using the SOA RNAME.  In the initial response, it was not clear to me that they understood it to be a problem on their end.  The latest I received was yesterday: "your query was forwarded to the corresponding department."
