No, i think we upgraded about the time Wilmer van der Gaast announced 
that Google DNS would switch as well [1] and have been using it on 
PowerDNS 3.4 and 4.0.5 for a while now. While i have not tried ECS on 
PowerDNS 4.1.0 yet i'm sure it will be just as well with the amount of 
tests for ECS that i spotted in the code so far. Searching my emails i 
also found the announcement that Google DNS will now autodetect EDNS 
Client Subnet with Code 8. [2]
