[dns-operations] Anybody know the reason for dev and dev.home DNS queries?

One thing that is perhaps relevant is that the "dev" TLD has only very
recently switched off the "127.0.53.53" sentinel wildcard, meaning that
the zone is now live for delegation.  So it should not be surprising to
see live queries starting recently.
