I'm asking this because it doesn't seem to be the best pick. Ok, I now that probably the are no good pick's for this operation...

There really is no good time for everyone, since it's always going to be in the middle of the night for someone. We decided to optimize for the time zones of the people responsible for ensuring everything goes smoothly, who are mostly located in the continental United States.
