[dns-operations] Glue IP addresses in whois output in .com (and may be others)

We apparently use different whois clients:

% whois TIGDNS01.SOCGEN.COM

No match for domain "TIGDNS01.SOCGEN.COM".

% whois -h whois.verisign-grs.com TIGDNS01.SOCGEN.COM
   Server Name: TIGDNS01.SOCGEN.COM
   IP Address: 193.178.155.113

OK, so the problem was with my whois client, it seems, it no longer
queries the right place.
