The issue was resolved for a while:

    http://dnsviz.net/d/_25._tcp.mail.nic.cl/WcQCIg/dnssec/

but it is back again:

    http://dnsviz.net/d/_25._tcp.mail.nic.cl/WdUHzw/dnssec/
