Looks like these PCH DNS servers honor id.server in the chaos zone.

dig +norec -c chaos -t txt id.server @9.9.9.9

Those look like IATA codes in the hostnames, which should at least tell
you roughly where your queries are going to and will give you a ballpark
estimate for what latency might optimally be, if you have good routes.
