[dns-operations] Anyone in Brazil know the fine folks at jus.br?

Hi,

I'm not in Brasil, but, AFAIK, jus.br is a 2LD (just as com.br) where 
organizations from the Judicial System are registered.

I ain't sure, but I guess the folks from registro.br are the people who 
manage the 2LD, you might want to contact them.
