[dns-operations] R: Update Windows DNS cache

For DNS Server you can browse the cache using the advanced view and you can do single entry clear.


For the client cache there’s no known way (to me at least) to do single clear.

You can issue ipconfig /flushdns or restart the DNS service. If you disable it there will be no client cache.
