If this does not work out, I suggest trying 
https://groups.google.com/forum/?hl=en&fromgroups#!forum/public-dns-discuss 
or https://code.google.com/a/google.com/p/public-dns/issues/list, both 
of which I have seen as being effective in the past, although the latter 
now says it is readonly.
