The Ars Technica article claims that the biggest ISP in Great Britain
blocks porn sites by DNS lies, but RIPE Atlas probes in Great Britain
do not see it:

% atlas-resolve -c GB -r 500 youporn.com
[TIMEOUT(S)] : 1 occurrences
[90.207.238.183] : 1 occurrences
[213.120.234.106 213.120.234.109] : 1 occurrences
[146.112.61.106] : 4 occurrences
[208.69.34.159] : 1 occurrences
[213.120.234.146 213.120.234.154] : 1 occurrences
[31.192.116.24] : 485 occurrences
[ERROR: SERVFAIL] : 2 occurrences
Test #5310845 done at 2016-09-14T14:24:44Z

(31.192.116.24 is the real one, 146.112.61.106 is OpenDNS, filtering,
but unrelated with the ISP)
