There was some mention of "dynamic zones" by CZ.NIC in the patamat
meeting in IETF-94(?) Yokohama where the best part about that idea was
that such zones would be transferrable. I imagined then that such
dynamic zones would be some kind of zone programs with a transfer
mechanism.

The examples you've provided are interesting and a step in the direction
of dynamic replies to queries that can be transferred across
operators. +1 to PowerDNS btw - you quickly add support for new
things. :)
