Is the 2 needed in YYYY? Why not YYYMMDDnnn. Admittedly this will fall
over sometime in 2429, but if I'm still dealing with this in a little
over 400 years, that's acceptable tradeoff, and if someone else deals
with it, well, if that's the worst our generation leaves behind, I'll
make peace with it.
