[dns-operations] about the custom DNS server issue

Hello,

We have setup two custom DNS servers for our own domains. the server 
name is,

ns5.cloudwebdns.com
ns6.cloudwebdns.com

We can use them to resolve the general domains like .com, .net, .org, 
.info etc.

But when I try to change a .me domain's nameservers to the above two, it 
says name server not authorized.

I know this is not a general DNS issue. but can you tell me where I can 
contact to fixup this?
