[dns-operations] Sad news today: systemd-resolved to be deployed in Ubuntu 16.10

My plug for Devuan Jessie 1.0 Beta, it works really well and provides the
stuff you are looking for. I use it and it works well.

Alternatives are out there and I suggest giving it a try.
