Not really a glue. Probably NS records in the authoritative section.

We have been reported by one of our users that DNS Made Easy slave
servers won't transfer zone from Knot DNS master, because Knot DNS
doesn't send "authoritative response" [sic] for the SOA query. We think
the response is correct. And we guess the NS records cause the problem
because that's how Knot DNS differs from BIND.

(Anyway, I just tried registering a slave zone at this provider and it
seems to sync fine.)
