Personally, because I feel lowercasing all questions will yield more 
consistency and avoids at least one bad actor (the criteo servers). I do 
share the sentiment of ‘not changing a good thing’. I’ve done the 
implementation of the lowercasing feature now for the user, but it is 
defaulting to ’do not touch anything’.
