No. Please read my colleague Colin's reply about it. *One* instance of
K-root in India wasn't responding to a user's queries. We are aware of
routing asymmetry in India from time to time, and so we withdrew the
prefix from that server. This had *nothing* to do with G-root's outage.

Not at all. The Internet is a weird place, where things go wrong all the
time. Sometimes, they go wrong on different systems at the same time,
and you shouldn't put 2 and 2 together to make 5.
