that's good news. i wish very much that tony's list was the default in
BIND9, for that matter.

but there are millions of RDNS servers, and only hundreds of accredited
registrars. so rather than bet on all those DNS vendors and operators
getting this right, i'd like ICANN to require their registrars to get it
right.
