Sorry, did not mean to suggest Verisgn owed it to me to keep servers up
24/7, just making the wider community aware on the off-chance someone from
Verisign's DNS team is on this list.  We use these servers as litmus tests
that our own DNS resolver is properly performing DNSsec validation.
