[dns-operations] DNS Hosting and Logging

For some reason I didn't get JD's response directly. Fast DNS looks
interesting -- know if it supports AXFR-based updates?
Graham -- not using OpenStack, but definitely value in being able to
retrieve query information (trends, troubleshooting).
